Rosacea skin looks kind of sunburn and blushing skin, is a common condition in children and adults.  This condition can affect the eyes, ears, neck and chest and is commonly found in the center of the face like the nose, cheeks, and chin. It can also affect the eyes, ears, neck and chest.

  • Spicy foods like jalapenos, chili peppers, hot sauce and tabasco pepper.
  • Cinnamaldehyde foods like cinnamon, tomatoes, citrus foods and chocolate.

Very important:  Never leave your house without wearing SPF 30 or more.
